Red Postman Butterfly

The butterfly lights gently on forget-me-nots before fluttering away. This mounting started out as a sterling watch case. Here is has been re-set with an ivory inlay.

It is strung with ivory, carnelian, black onyx and sterling beads and finished off with a fancy beaded "tail".
